How I came up with the Water Meditation
I started meditating every day about 25 years ago. It was challenging at first - my mind seemed to be leaping all over the place! Gradually, I learned to focus on my breath as a way of dealing with the world.
It's a simple technique, but don't be deceived by its simplicity - it's incredibly powerful.
I use this technique every day. I can honestly say it's helped me feel better, do more and enjoy my life on a richer level.
